15 Minutes of Stitching - Week 34

Let us see how this last week went on the 15 minutes of stitching front.

Days spent stitching this week: 6 out of 7
Days spent stitching in August: 25 out of 26
Days spent stitching in 2018: 210 out of 238
Rate of Success: 88.2%

This week had two nights I was crashing hard when I got home, so with that being said, one night I just could not muster the energy to get up and do a simple 15 minutes. I choose to sleep, which is what my body was telling me to do. A few nights I did not do what I had planned just because I was not feeling it, so instead I did what my mind wanted to do. One night was to finish drawing out a quilt and do the calculations that came along with it. Another night was just pulling some seams apart. Even though I did not follow my “schedule” I was able to be productive on other things that need to get done too. My priorities for quilts have shifted this past weekend, and I need to make a new game plan for the rest of the year. I need to get three quilts done for Christmas, when it was just one before. One small goal at a time.

  1. Sorry you had such a rough week. You did great at finding the time and the energy through most of it. Good luck with your planning for the rest of 2018.
